Our Service

AOM Visa Consulting　provides Australian Visa Support service and consulting.

Australia is very popular country as migration country, though; migration legislation is very complex as the law is subject to change based on political and economical situations.

Having experienced for working for Department of Immigration and Citizenship (DIAC) at the Australian Embassy Tokyo as a senior immigration officer, I hope to leverage my skills to assist your visa application and experience wonderful stay in Australia.

１．Assist Visa application

We lodge your visa application on behalf of the applicant as an authorized person. Mainly we offer visa inquiry service, notification of required documents, preparation of application form, communication between Department of Immigration and citizenship and receive granted visa.

In addition, we offer translation service for family registration document.

２．Visa Consultation

If you wish to inquiry regarding Australian visa – for example, if you are still not sure what kind of visa would be appropriate?, if you would like to seek advice based on individual circumstances before consideration of application etc., please feel free to contact us. Service Charge

If you wish to seek our assistance, the service charge will be required in addition to relevant Visa Application Charge (VAC).

We offer reasonable service charge compare to other travel agents or visa support agent as our primary purpose is to assist our clients to make visa application smoothly.

• Payment timing will be notified when you request our assistance by e-mail. Fee should be paid before lodge the application. Total fee will be Service Charge + actual Visa Application Charge.
• After lodge the application, rarely further assessment will be required (i.e. character assessment etc). In that case, additional service charge may be required depends on the circumstance. In case of those circumstances, we will notify before we follow the next step and discuss further process.

Service Charge INCULEDES:

・　　 Personalized Analysis of your profile. This will provide you with a detailed understanding of your position prior to lodging your visa application.

・ A detailed step-by-step guide of the procedures required to complete the Visa Application for your personal circumstances;

・ confirmation of required documentation for your visa application.  

・ lodge visa application to DIAC/ Australian Embassy Tokyo on behalf of the applicant

・ Communication between DIAC/ Australian Embassy Tokyo on behalf of the applicant

・ Information on additional document based on request by DIAC/ Australian Embassy Tokyo

・ Receive granted Visa from DIAC/ Australian Embassy Tokyo on behalf of the applicant

・ Confirmation of granted visa details / Information on details of granted visa condition

Service Charge Details & Visa Application Charge

Step for Visa Application Process　

1． If you wish to request support for your visa application, please send request e-mail from CONTACT area. We will send relevant information for your visa application with invoice upon receipt of it.

2． Prepare documents and send all documents to AOM Visa Consulting by post.

3． Process fee payment for the invoice within 5days from the date you sent the request e-mail. Bank account details will be provided on the invoice.

4 ． Start your visa application after confirmation of 2 & 3 step.

5． We communicate with Embassy/ Department of Immigration and Citizenship on behalf of applicant. We will inform you when further information will be required.

6． Receive visa grant notification from Embassy/ Department of Immigration and Citizenship on behalf of applicant.

7． Return your passport with visa (or any other results) and explain visa condition and details

8． Fly to Australia !
