Vision

From Mobility Services to Options in Life & Social Change

The year 2020 was an immense challenge due to COVID-19, and it was also the starting point for major changes in the world. It is clear that this is an opportunity for Japanese people to reconsider their traditional views on life and lifestyle.

After experiencing how the movement of people can lead to great economic development and fulfilling human relationships, we would like to revolutionize people’s outlook on life by providing superior mobility services.

We believe that it is possible for people to choose where they want to work and how they want to spend their lives, and to create options for their own lives.

In addition, as a major challenge for the future, AOM would like to penetrate Japanese society by creating a better system based on the foreign immigration law practice that we have cultivated over the years. Despite the fact that Japan is one of the world’s most aging societies, it has yet to find a concrete “sustainable” way to deal with its working population. It is urgent to build a society that coexists with the potential influx of people, and not rely solely on natural population growth. To achieve these goals, AOM will continue to push forward with actions for the next decade.

Mission Statement

Realize a rich “R & R (Relocation + Residence)” lifestyle and personal life plan

With AOM’s global network and extensive knowledge and experience, we provide immigration services in a client-first manner.

The “living environment” is very important for the place you move to. AOM Services, which specializes in immigration and visa services, will also provide real estate services as part of its global immigration services. Whether you are moving from Japan to overseas or from overseas to Japan, the first thing you will need is a “residence” service, and we will provide a “Relocation + Residence” service to help you achieve a richer lifestyle.

AOM supports the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs)

About SDGs(Sustainable Development Goals)

The Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), also known as the Global Goals, were adopted by the United Nations in 2015 as a universal call to action to end poverty, protect the planet, and ensure that by 2030 all people enjoy peace and prosperity. AOM is participating in this initiative as a private sector.

AOM's Specific Initiatives

As professionals who support global mobility, we are implementing the following initiatives in Japan and overseas.

The world has entered an era where the movement of people has become a major factor in economic promotion. Population policy and immigration policy will become a major issue that affects national interests in the future, and we will provide better support according to the purpose of study, employment, human resource development, and migration. In addition, based on our long-term experience specializing in overseas immigration law, we will continue to strengthen our support for mobility, which will help promote the economy in Japan, and for regional development.

We provide support on a daily basis to people from all countries, and their backgrounds and the lives they have lived are diverse. In this context, we are helping to form a society of equal opportunity for many people.

Many people around the world are facing poverty problems, especially refugees, in an environment far removed from that of Japan. AOM provides support to single-parent families in Japan through the SAWA Child Foundation, and overseas through the UNHCR (United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees).

Global Mobility Support is an activity that cannot be done without partnerships, and diverse collaborations are essential. The mission of Global Mobility Support is to work with professionals in various fields in Japan and other countries to promote the economy and contribute to a better society in a sustainable manner.
