Previously worked at the Australian Embassy (Australian Trade & Investment Commission) for 26 years in a trade and investment promotion role, particularly in such sectors as Infrastructure, Financial Services, Sport & Entertainment, Professional Services, Advanced Technologies. Also experienced in organizing commercial events, arranging official VIP visits, Market Research, etc.
Awarded the ‘Australia Day Medal 2015’, an acknowledgement for outstanding contribution to Australia as a public service officer.
Kazuto also has experience in the real estate business in both Australia and Japan.　Before joinning the Embassy, he worked on overseas resort development at Daikyo Corporation, a major real estate company in Japan and also worked as a Business Development Executive at Lendlease Japan, Australia’s largest real estate and construction company, where he was responsible for government relations, public relations and sales.
